How we operate
With a vast number of products, it is impossible for us to hold all items in stock. Dream bathrooms order stock on demand from our suppliers. This means our lead times are generally 10-14 working days. For items in stock generally 2-3 working days. To ensure our customers are not disappointed, we always quote 10-14 working day period.
If any items are missing or damage at time of delivery, please note this on the delivery note. Damaged items should not be accepted, but instead, have them returned to us so we can arrange suitable replacement.
Unfortunately, claims for damaged goods cannot be accepted once the items have been signed for.
